FOUNDERS STORY
I began my career more than a decade ago inside classrooms not boardrooms listening to children who couldn’t always find their voice and to parents who didn’t always know where to turn. Over the years, I realised that inclusion doesn’t live in policies; it lives in people in how families communicate, how Individual Assistants are guided, and how everyday moments become opportunities to learn and connect.
Working across international schools and inclusive settings shaped my understanding of what families truly need: calm, clarity, and continuity. Too often, parents were left translating between teachers, therapists, and support staff. I wanted to change that to create one space where guidance, training, and tangible tools come together seamlessly.
That vision became Beyond Boards. A consultancy built not around systems, but around families. A place where inclusion is practical, human, and sustainable where parents, IAs, and children grow together through understanding and empathy.
My guiding belief is simple: every child deserves a pathway, not a boundary and every family deserves to feel capable, not confused.
Beyond Boards is more than a service; it’s a promise to make inclusion accessible, achievable, and deeply personal
